AIIM celebrates double win at the IJGlobal Investor Awards 2024

We are proud to announce that AIIM has been named Fund Manager of the Year (Africa) and awarded Digital Infrastructure Acquisition of the Year (Africa) for our USD90 million growth equity investment in N+ONE Datacenters at the 2024 IJGlobal Investor Awards.

2024 has been a transformative year for AIIM, marked by exceptional milestones:

• USD3.1 billion in assets under management, nearly doubling since 2020.
• USD540 million committed to new investments, solidifying our position as Africa’s leading infrastructure manager.
• AIIF4 successfully closed at USD954 million, including committed co-investments – 50% above target – making it Africa’s largest infrastructure fund raised in the past three years.

Our investment in N+ONE Datacenters, North Africa’s premier carrier-neutral data center, underscores AIIM’s dedication to advancing sustainability and digital inclusion. N+ONE operates with 15% solar power (and growing) and is setting the benchmark for carbon-neutral data centers, while expanding its reach into Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire.
